I made a purchase of the Emma Mattress v2.0 on April 16 and to my surprise, it was delivered swiftly by April 20. The global reputation and positive customer reviews of Emma were the main reasons behind my choice. Since I started using the Emma Mattress, I've noticed a significant improvement in my health - the morning headaches are gone and my body feels more relaxed. Unlike my old mattress, which used to cause back pain upon waking up, the Emma Mattress has been a relief. After spending a month sleeping on it, I can confidently say that it was a worthwhile investment and I believe I made the right decision. However, one minor issue I've noticed is that a spring in one of the corners seems to be slightly visible or damaged, possibly due to the high pressure it was subjected to during vacuum packing.

I cannot sleep without comforters and have a collection of duvet and duvet covers. The bamboo weave is so comfortable and feels good. The duvet keeps me warm enough without undue sweating as I sleep under the cover. One thing though - i wish they had placed ties to secure it mid-length longitudinally. This would make the cover stable
I was reluctant to get this mattress, afraid that it was all hype. However, it indeed lived up to it’s claim. Better than hotel beds, I would always look forward to coming home and sleep in my emma mattress to soothe away my aches
Pillows are thinner than expected however when using 2 they are awesome

Just some things to take note of if you're planning to get a Diamond Hybrid mattress from my experience. 1. Size may be off by a bit if you're looking for the exact sizing. 2. Bed may be a bit softer than what you'd anticipate as firm.
For my use case however, these points are no issues in my home, so the Diamond Hybrid is everything its advertised as, and more.
The bed is great, comfortable, and was easy to set up. The only problem is the odd size which makes it very hard to find fitted sheets that fit.
It's my 2nd Emma mattress and I decided to try the Diamond Hybrid. I really like it, it has more bounce than the Emma Original foam mattress version and it feels more premium. I wake up feeling very rested. :) I always appreciate the customer service of Emma, they're very quick to respond with solutions and they really coordinate with you when you need help on delivery arrangements. These are the little things that makes great impact. Super happy!

First off I'm an anxious customer so having a reliable Customer Service to answer my questions are a big plus for me in purchasing. Another plus is that they offer COD and free deliver. I just wished I waited 2 more weeks before purchasing so I can get the free pillows :(.
After a week of use, My sleep is much better than before. I think it still takes more time of adjusting. But this is well worth purchase. I love it.
Comfy. The onlY thing is you still have to put sheets to avoid himulmol of the bed.

I love it!! I usually have back pains when I woke up but now I dont experience it at all! Just a little tear in the cover so I had to sew it but other than that it's magnificent ❤️
